Данная комбинированная терапия позволила добиться снижения систолического артериального давления (АД) со 166,9 ± 22,8 до 135,7 ± 14,1 мм рт. ст., диастолического АД - со 101,8 ± 10,6 до 84,8 мм рт. ст. (p&lt;0,001). Пульсовое давление исходно составило 68,9 ± 16,2 мм рт. ст., после 12 нед лечения 50,5 ± 12,2 мм рт. ст. (p&lt;0,001). По данным объемной сфигмографии продемонстрировано уменьшение ригидности артерий. Скорость распространения пульсовой полны достоверно снизилась с 14,8 ± 2,0 до 14,1 ± 1,9 м/с. Симметричные изменения и жесткости сосудов наблюдались и по данным ультразвука высоких разрешений. Индекс жесткости ß снизился почти на 25 % - с 35,5 ± 13,3 до 26,8 ± 16,3, р = 0,02. Снижение жесткости общих бедренных артерий подтверждалось ростом их эластичности коэффициент податливости имел отчетливую тенденцию к увеличению. Таким образом, применение энаренала и оксодолина сопровождается улучшением демпфирующей функции магистральных артерий уже в первые 3 мес лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Thirty patients with grades 1-3 arterial hypertension were examine to evaluate in patients with arterial hypertension the effectiveness and safety of treatment in patients with angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor enalapril and the thiazide-type diuretic chlortalidone and to study the impact of this therapy on the great arteries. This combined therapy could reduce systolic blood pressure (BP) from 166,9 ± 22,8 to 135,7 ± 14,1 mm Hg, diastolic BP from 101,8 ± 22,8 to 135,7 ± 14,1 mm Hg (p &lt; 0,001). Baseline pulse pressure was 68,9 ± 16,2 mm Hg, alter 12-week therapy, it was 50,5 ± 12,2 mm Hg (p &lt; 0,001). Volumetric sphygmography demonstrated a reduction in arterial rigidity. The rate of pulse wave propagation significantly decreased from 14,8 ± 2,0 to l4,l ± 1,9 m/sec. Symmetrical changes were also observed in the rigidity of vessels, as also evidenced by the data of high-resolution ultrasound. The rigidity p-index reduced by almost 2596 - from 35,5 ± 13,3 to 26,8 ± l6,3; p = 0,02.The reduction in the rigidity of common femoral arteries was confirmed by a rise in their elasticity the compliance coefficient clearly tended to increase.
