Синдром обструктивного апноэ во сне как медико-социальная проблема

Аннотация

В статье приводятся литературные и собственные данные о распространенности синдрома апноэ во сне, негативном влиянии нарушений дыхания во сне на сердечно-сосудистую систему. Рассмотрены некоторые механизмы реализации неблагоприятного воздействия синдрома апноэ во сне на сердечно-сосудистую заболеваемость и смертность, а также приведены наиболее эффективные способы лечения нарушений дыхания но сне.
