Abstract
Представлен разбор клинического случая пациентки с пароксизмальным, кризовым, течением артериальной гипертензии, резистентной к стандартной антигипертензивной терапии. Рассматриваются подходы к диагностике и лечению пароксизмальной гипертензии, отличительные клинические особенности псевдофеохромоцитомы.
