Возможности неинвазивной вентиляции легких в преодолении резистентности к антигипертензивной терапии у больных артериальной гипертензией с синдромом обструктивного апноэ во сне

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены результаты исследований у пациентов с синдромом обструктивного апноэ во время сна (СОАС) и артериальной гипертензией (АГ). Приведены данные о связи и механизмах развития АГ при СОАС и резистентности к антигипертензивной терапии. Рассмотрены результаты исследований по использованию неинвазивной вентиляции легких — СИПАП-терапии (от англ. continuous positive airway pressure, CPAP) — у больных c СОАС и АГ.
