COVID-19: каковы риски для пациентов с нарушениями сна?

Аннотация

Коронавирусная пандемия внесла значительные изменения в жизнь людей во всем мире, и бороться с последствиями этих изменений — медицинскими, социальными, психологическими, экономическими и прочими—предстоит еще на протяжении не одного месяца. В период, когда отмечается снижение темпов стремительного роста заболеваемости инфекцией, вызванной вирусом SARS-CoV-2, на первый план выходят новые вопросы, касающиеся долгосрочного прогноза и реабилитации пациентов, перенесших данную инфекцию, стойкости иммунитета и возможности повторного заражения, подходов к профилактике новых случаев инфекции, повышения иммунитета. Ожидается увеличение числа случаев стресс-ассоциированных соматических и психических заболеваний в долгосрочной перспективе, в том числе и нарушений сна, что обусловлено целым рядом причин, действующим в период пандемии (изменение привычного образа жизни, режима работы, снижение физической активности в условиях самоизоляции, увеличение времени воздействия искусственного освещения, в том числе от экранов компьютеров, мобильных телефонов, и многие другие факторы). Полученные к настоящему времени данные говорят о существенном вкладе сна в состояние здоровья и благополучие населения. В статье суммированы данные, свидетельствующие о роли сна в регуляции иммунной системы. Особое внимание уделено нарушениям дыхания во время сна, которые ассоциированы с повышением риска как инфицирования SARS-CoV-2, так и более тяжелого течения заболевания, а также другим изменениям качества и продолжительности сна, наблюдаемым в период пандемии. Освещены подходы к коррекции возникающих в стрессовой ситуации нарушений сна, которые могут способствовать как более успешной реабилитации выздоравливающих после перенесенного COVID-19 пациентов, так и укреплению здоровья населения, подвергнувшегося стрессовому воздействию.
