Механизмы антигипертензивного действия бета-адреноблокаторов

Аннотация
Настоящая статья представляет собой анализ данных о механизмах антигипертензивного эффекта блокаторов β-адренергических рецепторов. Описывается эффективность кардиотропного действия препаратов для снижения повышенного артериального давления (АД) при кратковременном и длительном назначении соединений, возможность влияния блокаторов на активность ренина плазмы. Рассматривается влияние β-адреноблокаторов на центральные механизмы регуляции кровообращения. Представлены сведения о влиянии β-адреноблокаторов на миогенные механизмы регуляции сосудистого тонуса. Анализируются возможности влияния β-адреноблокаторов на эндотелийзависимую гиперполяризацию гладких мышц резистивных артерий, нарушения NO-цГМФ-пути и блокады токов Ca2+-каналов как факторов, обеспечивающих расширение резистивных сосудов и снижение повышенного АД.
