Телемедицинское наблюдение пациентов с артериальной гипертензией: кому, как и как долго?

Аннотация

Телемедицинское наблюдение пациентов с повышенным артериальным давлением является одним из перспективных методов по снижению бремени неконтролируемой артериальной гипертензии. Однако широкая его имплементация ограничена несколькими неизвестными. В этом обзоре обсуждаются три основных вопроса, на которые исследователям предстоит найти ответы в планируемых или уже идущих проектах. В частности, они касаются групп пациентов-бенефициаров дистанционных вмешательств, наиболее приемлемых технических средств для их проведения, и длительности наблюдения.
