Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются основные принципиальные изменения терапевтических стратегий в рекомендациях европейских обществ по артериальной гипертензии 2013 года, рассматриваются особенности подхода к терапии отдельных категорий больных — пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями, сахарным диабетом и хронической болезнью почек, лиц пожилого возраста? обсуждаются преимущества более консервативной тактики лечения.
