Аннотация

Настоящий обзор посвящен анализу современных представлений о морфофункциональной и нейрохимической организации вентролатеральной части продолговатого мозга, в которой локализованы нейроны, осуществляющие регуляцию сосудистого тонуса и деятельности сердца. Представлены сведения об организации систем активации и торможения вазомоторных нейронов спинного мозга. Приводятся данные о роли норадреналина, адреналина, гамма-аминомасляной кислоты, глутамата, субстанции P как нейромедиаторов в регуляции кровообращения.
