Biography: Roman Libis graduated from the Orenburg State Medical University in 1989. Since 1994, after PhD defense he has been working as an assistant lecturer at the Department for the Internal Diseases #1, since 1997 – as an associate professor. In 1998, he defended the doctoral thesis “Life quality of patients with cardiovascular diseases”, and doctorate was conferred on him. Since March 2001, he has got the professorship at the Department for the Internal Diseases, and since 2006, he has been the Head of the Department for Therapy at the Orenburg State Medical University. |
