Сравнительная эффективность Нолипрела форте и Ко-ренитека у больных артериальной гипертензией высокого риска

Аннотация
Проведено сравнение клинической эффективности и переносимости фиксированных комбинаций Нолипрела форте и Ко-ренитека у больных АГ III ст, тяжести высокого и очень высокого риска, ненормализовавших АД на предшествующей ионотерапии. Исследование было ослепленным, рандомизированным («метод конвертов») с параллельными группами (по 20 человек в каждой). Больные получали в течение 6 месяцев по 1 таблетке утром Нолипрел форте (4 мг / 1,25 мг) и Ко-ренитек (20 мг / 12,5 мг). По своей антигипертензивной активности комбинации были сопоставимы между собой, а по способности уменьшать ГЛЖ и улучшать эластичность артерий фиксированная комбинация Нолипрел форте превосходилa фиксированную комбинацию Ко-ренитек. Аналогичная зависимость выявлена и в отношении показателя Т/Р.
