Аннотация
Синдром обструктивного апноэ сна (COAC) является фактором риска развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний Результаты эпидемиологических, обсервационных и экспериментальных работ подтверждают существенную роль COAC в формировании артериальной гипертонии (AT) посредством хронической симпатической активации и нейрогуморальных изменений, инициируемых во время сна Особенно большое значение проблема COAC приобретает в развитии рефрактерной AT Лечение COAC методом СИПАП-терапии приводит не только к устранению обструктивных нарушений дыхания во время сна, но и зачастую снижает артериальное давление у больных AT и улучшает прогноз течения сердечнососудистых заболеваний
