Современные технологии лечения тахиаритмий и сердечной недостаточности

Аннотация

Клиническая лекция посвящена основным вопросам диагностики и лечения как медикаментозного, так и хирургического основных видом нарушений ритма: наджелудочковых тахикардии, синдрома Вольфа-Паркинсона-Уайта, атриовентрикулярных узловых и предсердных тахикардий, желудочковых тахиаритмий. Последний вид аритмии обсуждается в связи с высоким риском внезапной смерти и современными возможностями хирургического лечения: радиочастотной катетерной аблации, имплантации кардиовертеров-дефибрилляторов. Также обсуждаются возможности имплантируемых устройств в лечении различных нарушений ритма и сердечной недостаточности. Отдельное место отведено использованию современных хирургических технологий в лечении фибрилляции предсердий.
