Фибрилляция предсердий у больных артериальной гипертензией

Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящен фибрилляции предсердий у больных артериальной гипертензией. Рассмотрены патологические механизмы (гемодинамические, структурные и электрофизиологические) формирования фибрилляции предсердий при артериальной гипертензии и роль ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы в патогенезе аритмии. В нем освещены проблемы первичной и вторичной профилактики фибрилляции предсердий с помощью антигипертензивной терапии, в том числе при использовании ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего ферменты, блокаторов рецепторов ангиотензина II 1 типа и других антигипертензивных средств. В обзоре приведены современные представления о проведении профилактики тромбоэмболий у больных фибрилляцией предсердий с артериальной гипертензией.
