Причины и последствия активации симпатической нервной системы при артериальной гипертензии

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен методам оценки симпатической активности у человека и роли симпатической нервной системы в становлении и прогрессировании артериальной гипертензии. Рассматриваются вопросы причин повышения активности симпатической нервной системы при гипертонической болезни и последствия этой активации в отношении поражения органов-мишеней, метаболических нарушений и отдаленного прогноза.
